Fix for non applying WB5 install

Copy activate.exe from within the sdcentral install folder in to the windowblinds install folder. Once you have done that, try and apply a theme, and it will pop up a requester to enter your email & ODNT serial.

I just did that, and mine works now.

Awesome! Thanks CAClark, it seemed to work flawlessly! I'm not sure why that had to be done though...oh well, I wish I would've known about it a bit sooner. Thanks again!
