Can't install new package

looks for .ip .theme .iptheme

Hi, I'm running IconPackager 2.50 on a winXP machine. I have downloaded some files from wincustomize and the files downloaded contain .icl and .iconpackage files. when i try to install these files its says that there is no icon package found.

any help will be appreciated.
