Pane content image Problem

It doesn't work !

I would like to know how i can put border color in content pane image and special content pane image because when i do it in skinstudio, the preview is good but when i aplly in windowblinds nothing appear ! same for image if i try image instead of border color. Please Help ! thx

i've tried with other skins and it work !!!!!!!! but with mine it doesn't work !!!!!! why ???
