Hi Cindi, You should have already got the package. I'll have to check with David in the morning, he was supposed to send it out Friday morining. I had to be out of town due to MY parents Friday, but he didn't mention any problems to me.

There's also http://moab.eecs.wsu.edu/paint.net/ which looks quite promising and the developers are quite responsive to ideas.

Having said that, it's still early days. The latest alpha (2.5) should cut over to the release version next month.
