Tab Dock + glass2k = dead help !

lol wel my problem is that every time i run glass2k to make my window transparent the tab dock allwayz dissapeear or jsut turn into a lil small box on the top lefthand side of the screen and i cant do anything .. do onli thing 4 me to fix it is reinstall objectdock and turning of glass2k.
just wondering is ther any way to run both program together without having da tab dock dieing ??
