dxwidget fails - faulting module dxaxhost.dll

Just renewed my subscription, but DesktopX won't start. I get the following error in the eventviewer:

Faulting application dxwidget.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module dxaxhost.dll, version 2.0.0.0, fault address 0x0002221b

Tried removing and reinstalling but no go...

Any help would be appreciated.
