Annoying console window bug/behaviour

There's one slightly annoying feature which I'd really like to see fixed. I use a Mac at home and a Windows PC at work. Therefore I've customized my windows to minimize when double-clicking on the titlebar. This works just great EXCEPT for console windows, which do a "shade"... Yeah it's not that big a deal, but when it happens a couple times every single day, it starts to really get to you... And it shouldn't be hard to fix, right?
