Idle starports still show progress

The shipbuilding progress bar should ALWAYS be zeroed out when you choose to build Nothing. Right now, the progress bar continues to show the progress from the last ship you were constructing.

Hrm, I have not noticed this behavior. When I chose no ship to build the shipyard always is idle for me

Something else I've noticed is that if you are building a ship and stop it and change to building nothing then at a later date (could be years later) build a different ship, the new ship seems to take all of the original production to speed up the development of the new ship.

Not sure if this is supposed to work this way or not.

That's the way it worked in GC1. If you switched from one ship type to another (whether you stopped building for a while or not), the existing progress applied immediately to the new ship. There was some forum discussion about whether this was "realistic" or not, but I never minded it.
