LogonStudio Problem

I like LogonStudio, but it skrews up half of the logons I try. It will replace the image that surrounds the user icon (not the small frame) with a big black box. For example, I was trying the logon called "Alpha OS" and instead of the graphics I get a big ugly black box. I've tried to fix it myself, but it just made things worse. I even reinstalled LogonStudio. I don't know what to do, has anyone else had this problem, does anyone know how I could fix it?

Do you have multiple accounts, the image used for user account is for selected account, until an account is selected will use background color as set by LogonStudio Editor when logon was made. For Alpha OS it is black. If multiple accounts and no passwords when click account you want you may see just a flash of the image used, to test to see image click and hold mouse button down and you will see image.

I held the mouse down and saw the image from the preview, is there any way that I can cause it to keep that image there and get rid of the solid color?

One account password protected, or password protect all accounts so when you select one you will see image when type in password. The image is for selected state, when logon screen comes up none are selected so will be background color until you select an account.
