Beta 3a - soil enhancments work only on "main" planet

Well all the 3 soil enhancments when researched do not apply to captured planets.

I played a game in small galaxy , had 1 my own (earth) planet and captured 2 more (captured not colonized) .
So when I researched soil enhancment , teraforming and 3rd (fogot the name) tech it added build "slots" on Earth but none on any of the captured planets.

Oh The tech automaticly improves PQ? or is it a bulid order thing? because when i got it it didn't do anything even for my main planet.. i was doing a custom race...

You have to build the "enhancment" thing on new "slot" on your planet that apears after you research the tech.
After few turns you will have a free slot to build anything.

Again the bug is that it hapens only on main planet not on the captured ones.

I have been building it on my home world and many colonized planets. There is a minimum planet class on which it can be built. Also, I would imagine that the AI would be building it where it could. So is it possible that these captured planets of yours have already had it built?

I have built it on quite a few worlds, but I rarely find more than 1 or 2 improvable tiles at a time.

I have noticedl that tile enhancers don't work on some planets yet on some planets they do., not just captured ones. It appears my racial bonus to pq% also only works on the capital planet. I may have to test this some more. : /

I can't seem to find a pattern to this bug, except that low PQ planets never seem to have any improvable tiles. The low PQ planets need improvements the most, so I hope that this can be fixed for the next Beta.
