Icon Exporer Not functioning correctly

I just installed SDC onto my new computer, and installed Object Desktop with all coponents. I am trying to use the Icon Exlorer feature in Icon Packager and when I click on an Icon libray the explorer window closes. I installed the most recent beata version today which is 3.00i(b).002 . My other computer is running version 3.00g(b).002 . Is there a bug, or do I have a bad install! This is a brand new HP ZD8000 Pavilion notebook, just out of the box. My other computer is an HP ZD7000 Pavilion notebook. Pretty much the same machine.
