Building Bug

If you click on a building, then decide to change the location you can't select that building. You first have to select a different building before being able to select the original building. It is a minor thing but gets annoying after a while. I hope you can understand my description of the problem because I am not sure I can...

Have not had that problem on either system I am playing on. Once I delete a building I then click on another open space and the building is avalible to build in the new location. Don't know if it is a bug or not, I think you have to take the focus off the spot you deleted the first building before it allows you to build it again. ?
