possible esc key bug

after i save a game when i try to bring up the menu again with the esc key it wont come up and i have to use the mouse to bring it up

not a serious promblem but annoying if you like to use your keyboard more than your mouse like me

thx for the downloading SDC suggetion the beta was extremely easy to download and install (all i had to do was click install and wait)
