"c" key fails to center view on a currently selected ship.

There are several key functions that seem to operate intermittantly, such as the "c" key when a ship is selected, and the enter key for next turn. I haven't noticed any others just yet, but I will be watching for them.

Also, the direction keys on the number pad (for a currently selected ship) only work sporadically. The same for the A key for autosurvey, and the esc key when trying to get the options menu and the tab key for "find". My guess at this point is that all of the excelerator keys are sporadically being inhibitted.

Update; not all accelerator keys fail at the same time. It seems to be one or more at any one time.

This problem continues after a complete uninstall/install.
