maximized windows won't fade

for windowsFX maximized windows won't fade. i have the 'fade for small windows only' option unchecked.

I even tried it checked with a defined window larger that what it actually is.
didn't work either.

i don't believe that "maximized" windows *clicking the maximize button* will fade in or out - i have that option unchecked also, but, if you resize the window to what the maximum size would be *note: this is in the "minimize" state*, then it will fade in and out for you *i just tried it lol*
