Bug? - OD loads Properties on startup

For some reason OD loads its properties window when after I start my computer. Is this the way it should be?
I tried to run OD from the startup folder in Windows XP. But it didn't work at all.
Does someone knows what this is all about?

Do you still have the shortcut in the startup folder? Do you have the "Load ObjectDock at startup" option set in OD Properties? IF you have both, that's likely the problem. Remove the startup folder shortcut. If this isn't the cause, I'm not sure.

No for the moment I only have the "Load ObjectDock at startup" option set, since the program will not start when I load it from my startup folder.
I have Iconpackager and WindowBlinds on my computer as well. Can that be the reason OD is loading Dock Settings at startup?

Just a suggestion....try unchecking the "Load OD at startup" option and then reboot. Then manually start up OD and recheck the option, reboot again and see if you still have a problem. If you do I would suggest clearing the cache. Link

Thanks for the help! It did help me with my problem.
Another issue appeared thou.=/ When starting OD a error message appears and says something like: "could'nt load notepad.ico."
The message does not make sense since notepad.ico still loads as usual. It is a bit annoying thou. Do you know what that is about?

If you have notepad on the dock, you might try right-clicking it and re-establishing the image by browsing to it and selecting it again, and then resave your theme to over-write the cache.
