Did you email Stardock support. Brian is usually pretty responsive.

Per the support link:
Fill out the form with the following information. Please fill in all of the required information, and provide as much additional information as possible. Specifically, we need to know:

1) Your product name and, if you are a registered user, subscription.serial number
2) Your hardware configuration (video card and CPU are the most important ones)
3) What version of Windows you are running
4) A complete detailed report of the issue including any errors that you received and how the problem can be replicated.
