IconX desktop sometimes hides my tabbed ODP dock

I run IconX on win2k (mostly to get rid of those ugly icon text backgrounds, but of curse once it's running I'm using all of its features) and in the meanwhile I have a tabbed dock attached to the bottom edge. Time to time it gets lost, probably hidden behind IconX virtual desktop that lays over the real one. (At least this is how I imagine how IconX works.)
I usually set ODP either to "Always on top" or if it is unchecked, I check "Tabs always on top when docked to edge", which should make no difference, as my dock is always docked to the edge.
When this happens --the tabbed dock disappeares-- what I do is toggle the "always on top" checkmark in the dock settings, and the tabbed dock re-appeares. Strangely (at least for me not knowing the code) the untabbed zoomer dock I have on top of the screen never gets lost.
Any advise?
