Ctrl + Alt + Backspace Functionality Stops Working

I am using the latest version 1.02.005 that I download through Stardock Central. When I first boot up my secondary my C-A-B works just fine but after a while it just stops working. I don't understand it!! Please Please Help, this is very frustrating.

Nothing new.
We keep asking. We repeat to ourselves that it's all beta.

Then I look at how much more productive I am on my Tablet . . . . And I'm cool.

Locking the secondary ALWAYS causes the CAB to stop working (on a domain). And since I lock every time I leave my PC the only time it works is on start.

I've gotten so used to pushing the CAD button on the Tablet that I find myself reaching for it on my desktop monitor.
