Changing Icons in Start Menu

Hi guys.

Is there anyway to change the icons beside the recently used programs in the left part of the start menu? I made the icons larger and while the IP skinned ones look great, the program defaults are pretty crappy.

You can change them manually by right-clicking on them in the start-menu > Properties > change icon....
