I was happy to notice that OE was updated. Even happier when I saw in the history log: (*) Added foundation for section 'folding' or collapsing in the editor. I'm looking forward to this.

By the way, note to the developer: The issue with the windows position and state at startup is still the same. If I maximize OE and then closes it, it doesn't start the next time in maximized mode, but rather sized to fit the screen. It'd be nice if it could remember the last used state (maximized or restored) and then also remember the last restored state.

I also have problems with the scroll bars. If, while dragging the scroll bar up or down, my cursor wanders away from the scroll bar 'track' the scroll bar pops back to where it originated. Kind of annoying because of my habit of grabbing the scroll bar and then watching where I'm going
