That seems like overkill when Vista items could be bypassed for those of real interest.

Now if one's email box was spammed with Vista, Vista and more Vista, I could understand the frustration.

I'm not too fussed on that kind of skin myself, but others are, and it's such a small step to browse past item of lesser appeal.

The point is, skinners, new and old, should be encouraged to practise their trade....to continue developing skins of wider appeal, in the absence of pointless comments, criticism.

It's not so much the word "Vista", as it is people take two seconds to put something together, slap the name "Vista" on it and it begins.

Anyways, this was a sarcastic post which was meant to bring some humor and fun here, but I see people here lately take these things way too seriously.

Actually it's a raw nerve in skinning circles...this 'fad' thing.

Ages ago a guy called 'Misery' [Deaddreamer] did a wallpaper called 'Trendwhore' .... it was a good wall, too...but it was also a social statement....

Its relevance seems eternal....

Somewhere.. my sanity is now dangling from a rope inside of an orb which is encased inside of a cylindrical, highly reflective tube device that can only be seen from a hard to reach vista. I feel my teeth beginning to itch and I dread the forthcoming visits from the Trendhore tribe.
We can only vow to do our best to keep them at bay. They really hate it when they don't get attention ya know. Which pill is best.. the red one or the blue....
