IE Won't skin

Can someone point me in the right direction to help me figure out why my IE won't skin. I have looked everywhere (and I mean everywhere) and there is nothing indicateing that it should be stopped in WindowBlinds, so maybe there is a different area?

Assuming you are running the enhanced (purchased) version, and did not install it without uninstalling the shareware (free) version, you might try:

Unload WindowBlinds > return all icons to default icons if you have modified them > use Display Properties to select Windows XP in drop-down list under "Themes" tab > click "Apply".

Reboot machine > start WindowBlinds > apply a skin to test.

Note - without knowing what version WB you are using, or which OS you are running, this is the best I can do.

If this does not help, please leave some more information, and someone is bound to have an idea.
