Changing Icons in System Tray

How do you change the icons within the system tray dock? Right-clicking on them does not bring up the "Dock Entry Properties" option like the icons do on the taskbar dock.

Either left click and hold for about 2 seconds, or hold down the Ctrl key and left click.

Thanks! I never would have thought of that...total Mac feature there. Who holds down a click on PCs?
