can someone tell me wich prog is used for the thingys in the down area? (wheater, taskbar, etc.)

I believe that is Object Bar, and is part of Object Desktop. I didn't zoom in on your pic the first time, so I didn't see that it was only partial task bars. Object Desktop can be found here. https://www.wincustomize.com/store/index.aspx#W011 Object Desktop is only available for purchase.
