New logon and stickykeys

I have created 4 new logons Whenever i try to use 2 of them the stickykeys function turns itself on and i cannot type a normal sentence with getting logged off or different windows popping up. I am running XP Pro SP2 and I have tried hitting the shift key 5 times, deleting the stickykeys entry from the registry but nothing seems to work. The only way I can get the stickykeys function to stop is by doing a restore to a date before the new log ons were made or by using one of the other 2 i have made. Any suggestions?

You have IconPackager? Lot of issues have come up regarding it and other programs, functions & the recent updates.

link # 3? Where is that? and yes i do have IconPackager installed..will try uninstalling it and see if that helps.

I unistalled icon packager, created a new logon and the same thing happened again as soon as i logeed off and back on again the stickykeys returned ...so much for LogonStudio
