Firefox & WindowBlinds

I apologize if this has been asked before; I couldn't find a search function for the forum (a pointer to it would be much appreciated). I'm brand new to Object Desktop - just downloaded today (the widgets are great!)

In any case, I used the 'per application' function to exclude firefox.exe, and it sort of works, but not completely. WindowBlinds still changes the background color, effectively wrecking the theme I like to use in Firefox. Is there a way to get WB to *completely* ignore firefox.exe, instead of only *mostly* ignoring it? Or is there a setting in Firefox I can use to fix it?

Thanks!

When a skin is applied, it almost always includes some global Windows color changes to be sure non-themeaware & unskinned apps have at least the same color scheme. Global colors are just that & can't be changed on a per app basis.

One option: First, open WB Config & uncheck the item "Apply the skin's colour scheme (recommended)" in the Basic Settings section & click Apply. Then switch to Windows Classic & reboot. Go to Display Properties & set the color scheme you want to use in non-skinned apps & apply it. Reboot, switch to your desired WB skin & see how it all works together. Some non-themeaware apps that only partially skin may look odd, however.

Second option: Use one of FireFox's own themes which will fully skin all of FF on its own, such as Modern Pinball, my current favorite.
