Quick question

Regarding older versions

Hi all

I purchased ObjectDesktop Network Edition 2 days ago, and after installing all of the applications available to me, and getting a lot of problems - and then testing different configs, I have found the cause of all my problems to be IconPackager 3 (latest version).

After installing this, all of my start menu links were broken, none of my Steam games would work, and a whole host of other problems. It's pretty obvisous theres a problem with this latest version from the other posts on here too, so basically I was wondering if I am able to download an older version to use until these problems with version 3.x have been fixed.

I can't seem to figure out how to get hold of an older version in stardock central, it just offers me the latest (which is normally a good thing )

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, you are out of luck until they release a revised version which addresses the current issues.

Older versions are only available if you make Application Archive files (which are stored locally in the "\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\BACKUP" folder) during the time of installation, so due to the fact that you just bought ObjectDesktop, you will not have been able to create such an archive.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
