Can't move Icons around

Why?

O.k. When I first installed OD+ 1.11 (before I installed any of my other stardock apps) I could move the icons around at will (on the fly). Now I can not. Does anyone know why?

You have icon drag lock enabled. I don't know where you change that...Although I think you right click on a blank spot on the bar to uncheck that option.

I have already check that. It is NOT enabled. When I attempt to "move" an icon it starts to move it just a bit and then bounces back into it's same position. Any help on this issue would be great.

Yeah I saw that. I have removed Icon Packager 3 (And the extra Icon Set) and Removed OD+. I then rebooted my box and then re-installed OD+ and still no go. Anything else anyone can think of?

O.k. Sorry I did not read the part about the DLL stuff. I un-registered that DLL and it is working fine now after a reboot. Thanks for all of your help. You guys rock!
