Desktop X 3.0 not yet 100%

I just updated to DX 3.0, DX Welcome shows but clicking on LOAD OBJECT or LOAD WIDGETS or LOAD DESKTOP or CREATE, gives me a message cant find "themes, objects, or widgets manager.exe....I am able to access my widgets and objects as files but when loaded, with right click on actual object or widget, I get no Properties, to set target, change hue...............What's Up ??????
