Can't even get the thing to run

Ok, installed once and it worked fine. Next time I go to run and NOTHING AT ALL LOADS! It is in my processes, but it does not show. Uninstall and reinstall and it is fine. A weather docklet causes a lock up and now the whole thing is gone again. Even an uninstall and reinstall won't bring it back. Nothing appears on the screen. What is going on here?

This is most likely cause by one of the docklets rather than the program itself. Some of the Docklets available in the library may not compatible anymore with the newest version of Object Dock (especially some of the older ones).

Assuming you are using WinXP, uninstall Object Dock again and remove everything in 'c:\Documents and Settings\'Your Account Name'\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\ObjectDock (or ObjectDockPlus if you have the plus version). Then reinstall Object Dock again. Set up your Dock but when it comes to adding Docklets add just one Docklet at a time to find out which one causes the problem.

Thanks for the reply, but there is something incompatible with my system. I added no docklets when this all happened.

I am confused now, sorry if I misunderstood you, but I assumed you added the weather-docklet (which is definitively a docklet).

I would still try the above, but if nothing works send an email to support@stardock.com they should be able to help you.

Another thing would be to make sure your graphics drivers are up-to-date. Otherwise I can't think of anything else that would cause the problem (except a funky docklet that is..). What other programs are you running (Stardock and non-Stardock)? Does the dock work if you start your computer up in save-mode (with just the basics runnig?).
