taskbar and windows

maximizing

been tryin to figure out if theres a way to make a desktopx taskbar behave with maximized windows etc as a normal taskbar, ie stopping at the bar as opposed to continuing on behind it, the only refference I've found is an old guide a few versions ago mentioning that 'at the moment' there was no way to fix it, aside from changing work area's, but thats just obnocious.

For issues with the taskbar falling behind the window, look in Taskbar Properties (right-click Taskbar > Properties) - and see if the "Keep taskbar on top of other windows" is selected.

If not, select it and click "Apply".

If you are experiencing issues with a window not stopping at the taskbar, check the Taskbar properties as well. You might try toggling the Auto-hide taskbar to remind windows that you do not want a window behaving as if auto-hide were selected.

If this does not work, then I believe you will need to use the work area category to adjust it.
