dont you think that you should be able to choose what building exist one your homeworld. if a race is able to commense space travel, you would assume that thier homerworld would be more developed than only one city. just a thought.
also, when i started a new game in beta 2, one of the planets in my home sutem was black except for the polar caps. all my patches are up to date and i have a radeon 9800 pro 128 mb.
