DX and JavaScript: Why can't i have both working at the same time?
And please don't recommend that M$ Patch...

Hi there.
My problem is:
DX and JavaScript don't work together AT ALL! It's simply not possible to work with DX (Pro v3.0) and having JavaScript based Software behaving normal.
And yes, i've tried the M$ Script Patch ("Scripten.exe").
After installing and rebooting it works as long as the PC is up. After another reboot, it's all messed up again and JavaScript (which i need badly for several much more important programs than DX) stops working AGAIN.
I'm running Win2k with SP4 and Java Platform 2, v1.5.0 (Build 1.5.0_02-b09)
Any idea?
