Jagged Icons

I have iconpackager pro. Also Win 2000. When I install new Icons they come out looking hideously jagged. When previewing the icons on this website they look superb, but when installed why do they look like a small image that has been zoomed waay in?

Sounds like you're using icons made for XP. XP icons are alpha blended, and will look horrible on older OS's.
