Lol, I think there is a tutorial, or FAQ about this somewhere... But basically, just double click the downloaded blind, and it takes care of itself. If it's zipped then just unzip it to the skins folder in the windowblinds program folder. C Program Files/WindowBlinds/ I think it is...
