Desktop 2.4Pro Question?

I am using DesktopX 2.4Pro, but I have a problem. When I import a object or load a theme, the DesktopX will notice me "This file doesn't appear to be a valid DesktopX package" or "This file doesn't appear to be a valid DesktopX theme". This problem drives me nuts...
My OS is WinXP with SP2. And I use this version of DesktopX normally on Win2000 with SP4.
Maybe someone would tell me the reason? Thanks very much.

Might it be you are trying to load a widget made for DesktopX 3?

Thank you. But I don't think so. Because I can load object or theme on my Win2000 and I have tried to install DesktopX 3 to solve this problem. But it still become.

Maybe there are some other reason?
