Can I use the same key to minimize the app it opens?

I have assigned the "windows key-X" combination to open Outlook Express. I would like to use the same key combination to minimize Outlook Express when I'm done with it.

Is that possible?

I dont use keyboard commands, but I would think that key combo would just open another instance of OE

No, there's an option to bring the window-to-front. Right now I've settled on using win-Z to minimize the active window. This works pretty well, but I'd rather win-X bring OE to front and then minimize it if it's already in front.
