Weather docklet doesn´t work in Spain

Hello,

I've instaled the object dock free from stardock and I've trying to use the weather docklet, but it seems doesn't work in Spain ("unavaiable service"). The version is:
Weather Docklet
by Jeff Bargmann
Versión 1.20

I've try another version downloaded of wincustomize:

XML Weather Docklet
by Judge
Versión 1.10

It works fine, but doesn't put the "good icons" for the weather.

Did anyone know how you can visualiz the correct icons? or Did anyone know a newer version about Weather Docklet by Jeff Bargmann that visualize the weather fine.

Have you tried entering the city code instead of entering the names? Like SPXX0015 for Barcelona?

And the data is still coming OK from weather.com?

I have the same problem, and I'm from Spain too (Barcelona, I DO tried SPXX0015) but in fact it doesn't even try to connect (I can see in my firewall that OD tries nothing to get the data and OD is authorised). It's not a weather.com problem because I can see the weather/temperature with AveDesktop, YzDock and Konfabulator2 . OD doesn't work with ANY city in my case.
