New Sysmetrix Build won't check email

I need suggestions

Okay, I upgraded sysmetrix to a newer build 3.3.1 and now the email checker won't work. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can configure it. I use gmail and a local cable internet mail account, both worked fine with the previous version now I get an "ERROR: 10060 could not co..."I can't read the rest of the message because the message box is too small. Can anyone help?

Thanks I have been messing around with it off and on and I have been able to get one account to check, but the other times out before messages can be noted.
