No "Dock Entry Properties" for Premiere Pro

I can add the shortcut for Premiere Pro to OD, but when I run it, its "running task" icon shows the blurry 32x32 ICO file. If I right click it, I don't get the "Dock Entry Properties" (Its ghosted) like I do for say Photoshop of Illustrator. Any thoughts?

I upgraded to 1.5 and on first app bootup, you have a chance to change the icon. If you open a project, you no longer have access to the Dock Entry Properties. Strange . . .
