Need help for making a website

Well, I had a good idea a while ago, and now I am pursuing it.
I have decide to start something I want to call z3 gx design.
I have hosting set up with something called freecyberzone, and I am a subdomain now.
I can make my own graphics and basic html, but I could really use some help with more advanced stuff, like forums and galleries.
Would anyone be interested in helping out?
btw: z3 gx is something i intend to make my future company, that is how great i think my idea is. if you think im crazy to think that i can pull this off, leave now. i am only 13, for your info.
anyways, if you are interested in helping with my site, it would be appreciated. just post something saying yes or no, or how good of an idea it is for me to do this or whatever.
