Running Indicator doesn't go away!

I would really appreciate if anyone knows what's up with this "bug". When I close any "Windows Explorer" window the running indicator doesn't go away from the "My Computer" icon in OD, because of this I have to double-click the "My Computer" icon in the dock the next time to get it to open a window. For some reason OD thinks there's still a window open. And, this only happens sometimes, but more often then not. It's a small thing, but annoying. Any ideas?

I'm using OD+, regular dock (not tabbed), WinXP SP2, 3.4Ghz, 512 RAM.

I think the indicator is because My Computer is considered "explorer.exe" which is always running: it's the core of the operating system. So, I guess if there's a way to point to My Computer outside of the "explorer.exe" link then maybe you have hope. i dont mind the indicator on it.
