Full Size Windows

Okay, here is my problem. I use windowblinds and object dock. I often unload them when i need maximum computing power. With object dock, i hide the taskbar and my docks are autohiding, so when i open, say, firefox, it fills the whole screen, i.e. does not leave the taskbar gap at the bottom. After i unload windowblinds and close object dock, i would like to be able to see my taskbar when i maximize a window but they are still using the full screen covering the taskbar. Any help would be great.

Do you mean you can see the taskbar but when you open a window full screen it covers the taskbar? If that is the case, Right click on the taskbar, select properties, and check "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows". Hope that helps if that is your problem.

OK just how would i set it up so that objectdock reserves space for itself? i have it allways on top, but when i maximize a window objectdock just covers up the bottom of it.

I don't believe you can do that with objectdock. If it's always on top it will cover the window...always on bottom will never show and normal z-ordering will let it show over the window if you click it. If there is a way for it to reserve itself space, I don't know of it. Maybe someone will have an answer to that, but I don't think it's an option. Hope that helps
