Sorry, I am at work - so I may be of limited help here.

I apologize if you have already thought of these items.

I have not told WB to not load at start-up, so I do not know if the option still exists.

Have you looked at all the setting options in the config. panel to see if there is an option to run at start-up? If there is and it is already selected, perhaps try deselecting it, rebooting, reselecting it, rebooting - to see if that fixes the problem.

Outside of a setting issue, my next approach would be to unload WB > return Windows to default settings including all icons > save all skins to a temporary folder > uninstall WB > reboot > delete the WB sub-directory > reinstall WB > reboot and test.

Again, I apologize for the limited help on this one - hopefully someone with better ideas will drop by.

If complete uninstall reinstall as Corky has outlined does not do the trick, open WB folder find WBload.exe, copy it to your start up folder.

The only other question I would have is this:

If you go to "msconfig" (Start > Run > msconfig > Enter) - is the "Normal Startup" selected?

Loading on startup

By default, WindowBlinds will set itself to load on startup when a WindowBlinds skin is selected. Select the Windows Classic skin (at the top of the list) or check the checkbox on the Skins tab to not load on startup. Note: this checkbox is not present on Windows XP. Select Windows Classic or the included Windows XP Style to prevent WindowBlinds from loading.

If you are running Windows XP and find that the skins you set are not loading on startup, please come to the Downloads page at http://www.windowblinds.net and look for a tweaked update file to resolve that.

Will this help?

First,I am using WinXP.
If I go to msconfig, there is not wb start section!
If I uninstalled wb and then installed it again ,wb starts normal after first restart but not anymore after second restart!
