Custom Logon Screen

Hello,

I have a image that I would like to make into a logon screen. Can anyone tell me how to do it or make it up for me?

If you have LogonStudio you can use it to create a logon, click New. If not download LogonStudio from software tab as
you will need it to apply logons, unless you want to hack your system.
