TV-Application don't works...

...if i have magnification on.

Hello support,

when i have magnification turned ON my TV-Application
from Hauppauge Nexus-S(Vers. 2.18c) dont works properly.
this means i have sound but no pictures when i watch TV.
If magnification is turned OFF everything works fine.

I have a Nvidia Gforce 5700 Ultra with the newest Driver.

Do you have any Idea

The short version: Try moving any docks you have on the left side or the top over to the right side or the bottom, i.e. don't put docks on the left or the top.

For the long version and some other ideas see the string subject: "PowerDVD and OD+" which was showing as "19 days" since the last comment when I posted this.

I'm not trying to be short, I just don't want to go through all of this again. Thanks. (And to avoid any misunderstanding, I'm not Stardock Support.)

Hi again,

i try it yesterday and put OD+ to the bottom center
and my TV-Application works fine again

but OD+ trembles, shakes up/down when i touch
it with the mouse to choose an application so i switch
magnification OFF again...
I think OD+ is a very strange application...

Hello,
Like Septimus said in "PowerDVD and OD+" it's an overlay problem! Because I wanted my dock on top center with magnification while watching TV in window mode I've search for TV and DVD programs that working.
I have found two that work :
TV : MoreTV (Basic but you can choose Resolution without overlay to work with OD+)
Divx,DVD : MediaPlayerClassic (Simple interface but work without any change with OD+

Hope that it helps someone....
