Couple of questions

Couple of questions;

Is there anyway I can make the object bar span the entire bottom like the windows taskbar?

Is there anyway I can make the object display(its on autohide) when a program flashes (like msn)?

Is there anyway I can have the task bar part (bit with the active programs on) in the middle, not just the left or right?

Thanks for any replies.

Nope btw... it's a dock, ObjectBar is a different program.

Not on autohide.

Nope.

Sorry I can't be more helpful, but those things aren't possible at this time.

I don't usually disagree with a Wizop, but I feel the need to make a correction here. If your using OD+, you can drag (same way you change a window size) the dock edge all the way across the screen in a tabbed bar. Make sure it's not set to "lock dragging".

oops! Lantec is right, you can have a tabbed dock run across the screen. My mistake

I don't use the tabbed bar, just the normal one.

I tried the objectbar you recomended but didn't like it, it seemed to lack all the fancy eye-candy features

I'll show you my set-up so far;

but like I said, I want the programs bit in the middle, and for it to go fully across the screen, I'd of thought something so customisable would allow you to do this

New here, but think i can help u out anyway with msn.

I have my dock set to "bounce" for the attention effect. This then works when the dock is autohid as well. Its quite nice just seeing the msn icon just pop up of the bottom of the screen.

Hope this helps.
