Can't tell planets to stop building ships.

After turning off ship production on a few planets I can no longer turn off ship production. I can change production between the different ships available but clicking on the "nothing" ship is now ineffective.

Yes I get this as well. So I just let my planets that I want to do nothing build the most expensive and high tech ship I have.

There is an option in the Options screen that lets you disable continuous ship production. This may circumvent the bug you're encountering now with manually setting builds to "Nothing"

True. I hadn't thought of that one. That should do until a fix is available.
