total gaming subscription not working?

I have the total gaming subscription, and it shows up registered and not supposed to expire til July 2005. Yet I don't get the install option in Stardock Central anymore, it just gives me download and sends me to a purchase page.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hi azek01,

Our records only show you as having an Object Desktop subscription, not a TotalGaming.net subscription, though you have purchased GalCiv 1. If you think this isn't correct, please email support@stardock.com so we can look into things further.

Thanks.

see my post

I am having the same problem. I can't login into stardock central and none of my games i've purchased now show up.
The last game i purchased was Earth 2150 Trilogy and after that my email was supposedly removed from your database as it says its not found on your system.

Email - modster@ntlworld.com

I've sent a ticket to support but its been over 4 days now and i've had no reply.

Hi Seafort, Your account still exists in our database and shows all of your purchases. It could be that SDC isn't actually logging you into the server when you run it. Please email your login.txt file (located in the main SDC directory) to bclair@stardock.com so we can get you sorted out.

I am having a similar problem. I can log in via the website or SDC and see that I've purchased galciv2 and even download it. However I cannot recover my serial # which I need to activate galciv2, attemps to do so via the support url tell me the url was bad and contact the sysadmin, attemps to do so via SDC tell me my email address could not be found.

Hi EbonFloe - I just successfully looked up and emailed you your product records using our support system URL.  Did you try to send your records to an email address different from what you're using for your Stardock.net account?

Also, once the error occurs what is the URL in the address bar and what is the exact error message being displayed?
